About this Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will spend your time talking to the most important people at iorad, our users. You'll be responsible for onboarding them, educating them, nurturing them, handling support, and above all, creating strong relationships through proactive and reactive communication.
Please note: This position is being offered to US-based candidates on an initial contract basis with an expected transition to full-time in 1-3 months pending performance. We offer competitive salary and incentives based on experience.
